pranaDOGS offers a variety of services designed to support dogs and their people. We are committed to helping dogs become their best selves! Beyond working with dogs at pranaDOGS and LPCHS , we offer Basic Manners Classes, Reactive Dog Workshops, Stay & Learn Training and free-consultations to individuals who adopted their pet.
STAY AND LEARN TRAINING CAMP
Immerse your dog in our Stay and Learn Behavior Training Camp, an immersive three-week program at pranaDOGS tailored to meet their individual needs. With personalized attention, we address problem behaviors, and help your dog learn new skills, hone household behaviors and engage in group activities to improve communication. This program is ideal for new puppies or dogs in need of manners refinement. Our program focuses on household manners, group manners, along with mastering the Top 10 Behaviors All Dogs Need to Know, and solving problem behaviors.
BASIC MANNERS & COMMUNICATION CLASSES
Our Basic Manners and Communication classes serve as an introduction to building a strong relationship with your dog. We emphasizes practicing and mastering the essential Top 10 Behaviors All Dogs Need to Know. Held in small groups, these classes offer an ideal opportunity to establish a bond with a new dog or refresh training with a current companion. The cost is $135, and sign-up is required. We work in and outside. All sessions are held at the La Plata County Humane Society.

POST-ADOPTION CONSULTATIONS
If you've recently adopted a pet from the La Plata County Humane Society, you're eligible for a complimentary forty-five minute consultation with pranaDOGS. This session provides an opportunity to address any questions, validate your instincts, or discuss specific concerns about your new pet. Book Your Post-Adoption Consultation.
REACTIVE DOG WORKSHOPS
Part 1 (classroom sessions)

Whether your struggling with a dog barking and lunging on leash or behind a fence, a Reactive Dog can be stressful!
Join us for this 2-part workshop to work through your dogs issues and set you both up with the tools to succeed.

Part 1 - This is a two-hour classroom session where we discuss the tools and strategies to get your dog through their reactivity. We talk about what we bring to the table and your specific dogs individual needs. Then we demonstrate how to teach your dog a few basic behaviors including impulse control.
Part 2 - This is your opportunity to practice what you learned in the classroom session. In this two-hour hands-on practice session with your dog and a handful of others, you'll have the opportunity to work through building your pups impulse control and practice the strategies discussed. A trainer will be on hand to help you and your pup and give individualized feedback.
